What you buy

A personal training or nutrition journal in PDF format, calculated from your answers. Each journal is sold in three editions, Essential, Pro and Ultra, with the contents described on the plan page at the time you buy. Pro and Ultra include recalibrated editions, which you can request while your data is kept (see our privacy policy).

Ordering and payment

Our reseller Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all orders: it takes payment, charges any VAT or sales tax due in your country and issues your receipt. Prices include VAT where it applies, and the final price is shown at checkout before you pay. Your contract is formed when Lemon Squeezy confirms your order. Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply to the payment.

Delivery

Your journal is built immediately after payment, usually within a few minutes. You can download it from the confirmation page and from the link in your email. If it does not arrive within an hour, email us and we will fix it.

14-day money-back guarantee

Because your journal is digital content made and delivered straight away, the legal right to cancel normally ends once delivery starts. We give you more than that: if you are not happy for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. If your journal is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the consumer law of your country.

Health information

Kilopace journals, calculators and articles are general education about exercise and nutrition. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or registered dietitian. Speak to a doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication or are recovering from an injury. Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath.

Your plan is only as accurate as your answers, and calculated figures such as calories, paces and loads are estimates, not guarantees of results.

Age

You must be 18 or over to buy a journal.

Your licence

Your journal is for your personal use. You may print it and copy it for yourself, but you may not resell, share, publish or upload it. Our free calculators and articles may be shared by linking to them.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you bought, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Free tools and articles

Calculators and articles are provided for information. We keep them accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise they are free of errors or always available.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.

If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first; we answer within two working days. We are not obliged to take part in, and do not take part in, dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
